Graham is a qualified teacher, holding a PGCE in Outdoor Activities, and has been teaching for over 10 years. He holds an ML award, SPA, MIAS level 4 and is a BCU Aspirant Level 5 Coach. He is also a D of E accredited assessor for gold silver and bronze awards, FSRT provider and 4* assessor for paddlesport. He is also an HSE Approved First Aid at Work Trainer and Assessor

He has travelled, paddled and climbed all over Canada, South Africa and Europe and has been on many expeditions.

Adam holds a BEL award, SPA and is a BCU level 2 coach. He works part time for Canoe England as a development officer in the Shropshire area, along with various other instructional contracts and a bit of animal husbandry thrown in.

He has travelled and paddled in Europe and East Africa and has worked as a D of E supervisor and organiser on many expeditions.
